Private Rides include: (Anniversaries, Engagements, Christmas Rides, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Birthdays, Romantic Rides, Before or After Dinner Rides and whatever you imagination can come up with!)
Take a trip down the historic city streets and tree-lined back streets that are home to many wonderful historic homes, churches, and cemeteries dating back to the 17th and 18th century. Take yourself away from the traffic of the city and into the enchanting and relaxing colonial dream. Carriage rides can accommodate up to three couples.
Inside Historic Downtown Fredericksburg - $100.00 flat rate for 1 hour or $75.00 for ½ hour. Includes horse and vis-a-via 4 or 6 seater.
Special Event Outside Downtown Fredericksburg -Negotiated Price, please call! Negotiable rate for picnic in the park, fundraisers, homecoming, proms, corporate events, etc.
Private Ride services are not Weddings! Coachmen are not tuxedoed and the carriage will not be decorated. The horses will not be in pristine wedding condition, they have normally been worked through out the day.

This page is only for Booking Private Rides and Special Occasions, all Tour Ticket are purchased through the Fredericksburg Vistor Center at 706 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401, no reservations for tours are required. This is for group tours you may be sitting with other individuals.
A deposit of $25.00 for 1/2 Hour Private Rides and $50.00 for all other Services is due at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable, we will be happy to re-schedule your event due to bad weather or send you a gift certificate.

$25.00 Reservation Deposit for Private Ride.
Full Payments:
$75.00 Full Payment for Half Hour Private Ride.
$100.00 Full Payment for 1 Hour Private Ride.
Flower and Candy Service - $20 (Includes a single, wrapped rose. Color to be determined by Customer. Rose will be placed on the carriage seat barring special instructions from the Customer).
Note- if you want flower service or candy services please let us know in advance and bring cash with you to reimburse use.
